And I was talking about my pleasure of being able to vote in England for the European elections, rejoicing at the idea of not having to face a terrible dilemma in France, giggling at the idea of voting for Jean Lambert, etc.
Yesterday, I arrived at the polling station, where I have been told that I was registered indeed but that since I hadn't filled in some form (that I never received by the way, and that I had never heard of) to confirm I'd vote in the UK and not in France, I didn't have the right to vote.
I'm gutted.
