
Last week, I went to the gym EVERY MORNING. (Even on Saturday and Sunday!) Do you realise? Okay, I didn't go on Thursday morning because I had been to yoga the evening before.
Combined with a "energy shake + organic sandwich + apples + bananas" diet, well I must have lost weight and gained muscle at record speed.
And then I had to organise my trip to Spain and go to bed very late over the last few days and take part at events for the G20 London summit, celebrate David's leaving party (my! this is the end of an era...) and all that and I must have gained all that weight back at a new record speed.
