Barack Obama gave his victory speech yesterday in Chicago, and I saw it live on my TV. I feel proud I could attend this historic moment.
The credits of that video must be on the website hosting it.
However, I didn't find his speech very original, he repeated a lot his campaign punchlines, he hasn't been very concrete when you compare with Nicolas Sarkozy's triumphant speech last year. Besides, I really liked McCain's speech, who has been very humble and tried to heal the wounds.
Here, at work, at home, everyone's happy.
Update: when reading his speech again, I realise he mentioned Afghanistan and Iraq only once, and didn't say what he's gonna do there. He didn't cite any of his commitments. And when talking about the disastrous situation of America, he talked about "sacrifice"! Well, that's a weird start for someone who kept chanting "Yes We Can"!
