On the Tube, an advert with a beautiful woman and a handsome man (he even seems gay!) and a tagline "Confidence is beautiful". And just under, "with cosmetic surgery".
Although it's the complete opposite! Cosmetic surgery is, precisely, for people who don't feel good in their skin! And I think that believing that a nose fix or a boob job can brind back confidence is a mistake.
