In one year, presidential elections in France ! Yeah, it's gonna be a hell of a fiesta in France ! Between the parties' mess, the general moaning and a third of the French thinking the FN ("Front National", extremist conservatives) is "next to their worries", it's gonna be fun !

So, who are the applicants ? From left to right : Arlette, Olivier, Segolene, Nicolas, Philippe, Jean-Marie... I'm not saying the names of everybody, there's already way too many for me ! After all that happened in only one year in France, I wonder how it's gonna look like...
Polls indicate that, should Segolene face Nicolas on the second tour, Segolene would win. Segolene... Okay, a woman at the head of the nation would be cool but... I don't like her ! The only thing I want is gay weeding, I don't really care about the rest. But Segolene revealed to be anti-gay wedding when she said : "If it's about making a better civil partnership for rights equality, okay. If it's about provoking family and religion models, no.". Personnaly, I don't think she's that popular. Even my father, who is for the right side people said : "She has nothing to do with socialism... Even her surname, 'Royal' !".
Anyway, this is only if we have Segolene and Nicolas on the second tour. Lately, a poll indicated that a third of the French think the FN is "next to their worries". Jean-Marie ? Another 21st April ? Please, don't. For God's sake, I'm fed up with pupils protesting in the streets for nothing... I'm laughing. Kind of.
Anyway, Nicolas is still in. He has been working on it for quite a long time. So, some people are gonna say "Sarko this, Sarko that... ", some others who don't know absolutely anything about the subject and will say : "Sarko is a bastard", personally, I'll keep polite and say : "It's not what I believe in.".
Then, who's left ? Philippe, Arlette and Olivier. I've forgotten a few people like Christine who really isn't what I believe. Oh, and Francois ? Yes, Bayrou ! I don't know anything about him but I like the idea of centrism. My theory is that, in a society weaving between left and right, we should definitely not go to the extremes but to the middle. But maybe it's too idealistic a way of thinking.
Actually, I think I'm gonna vote blank.
