Jake Shears, Scissor Sisters' frontman, must have earned a lot of money since his band's success. Well, their last album is rubbish but he would have said that it was crap. It's a good thing he realizes it. He's not stupid, he looks nice, but something is wrong. Maybe he's too famous for me. Yeah, I'd be totally jealous of the attention he gets from people, so, once again, it cannot work.

Nice picture. Paris, two guys sleeping together, in front of everyone...

Thank you the Doves

The Doves is a band of three guys from Manchester, two of them are brothers. They started with the very good Lost Souls, followed with the great The Last Broadcast and did even better with Some Cities. What else can I say? Oh yes, go and watch the video for There Goes The Fear.

Gay death threats!

Poor Mikrap... London Lite wrote on top of a page "Gay death threats" and said in an article that the singer would have received death threats from gay fans, who would have something against him because he won't say his sexual orientation. You have to be crazy to send threats for such a thing. Anyway, I don't think they'll be executed.

And you know, I understand the fans... I mean, the whole promotion of Mika's album was about his homosexuality. The first single has the name of gay icon actress Grace Kelly and he says inside that he can be all the colours of the rainbow, symbol of the LGBT cause. Then, the poor fans must have bought the album. And then, they realized it was a big piece of crap. They were disappointed. So when this motherfucker refused to say whether he is gay or not, I understand they have been disgusted.

Long life Avril

It's been a long time since some people made me discover Avril. And I still find his music very good.

His first album, That Horse Must Be Starving, has been very well received and got the Constantin price. The music was worked out, there was an entire universe, I mean, you could feel this guy is talented. His second album, Members Only, is different from the previous as it is more rock. It contains gems such as Urban Serenade or Quand tu fais ça. The lyrics, written with modern poet Patrick Bouvet, are very different from what we are used to listen to and kind of humourous.

However, I am digging the net and I can't find any news. Is he going to release a new album or what, I don't know. Even F Com's website (the record company created by Laurent Garnier) doesn't say anything.

Anyway, you can still go and check the video for Eve+++++ on the fansite. I wonder if his girlfriend directed the video as she's a photographer. So, it must be her in the video. B****! I mean, don't you think that, moreover, this motherfucker of Avril is DAMN HOT?

Meet rich gay men!
Bertrand Delanoë

After the first openly gay minister, the first openly gay mayor of Paris! So, Bertrand, mayor of my dear city, who established the "Nuit Blanche" event, who could make gay associations in the Parisian Council of Student Life after being accused of promoting them or whatever, we can say he is COOL. But he doesn't look as funny as Jean-Jacques. And he seems less sexy as well. Too bad, I could have had a great flat in Paris without any problem with him.

Tombé pour la France:
Countdown

In one month, it will be the first poll of the French presidential election. I will vote in London and will be part of the people counting the votes. I hope they offer toasts in front of the results on TV.

Storm against Bayrou

First, everybody ignored him. And then, after Ségo's blunders, he started going up. And when a poll said he would win against Ségo but also against Sarko, the PS (Socialist Party) and the UMP (Union for a Popular Movement, conservatives) started being scared!

The last few days have been very harsh against Bayrou (UDF, Union for a French Democracy, centrist). The socialists said he was "right-wing". But, as Bayrou said he was against the left/right division, I'm afraid they are playing his game.

Ségo claimed he didn't have any program. I still can't believe that she, in particular, said that.

Sarko freed Simone Veil, former UDF, from the Constitutional Counsel. She said Bayrou didn't represent the centrist movement, and that the centre existed inside the UMP. By the way, the centre is so present inside the UMP that this is the very reason she criticized Sarko for suggesting the creation of a "ministry of immigration and national identity" a few days later. She has been even further about Bayrou by saying he was "the worst of all". Worse than far right Le Pen?! Worse than inconsistent Ségo?!

Left wing newspapers haven't been easy on him either. "Libération" published on their first page "Why bohos vote for Bayrou" and, in a nutshell, accused the socialist electors voting Bayrou of... being rich. "Libération's" readers haven't taken that the right way and the main redactor had to explain himself and admitted... he was rich.

However, I have the feeling there is some indulgence from the left wing medias towards Bayrou. In the few things I could read, journalists preferred to make fun at him rather than accusing him of anything, really. Are they afraid that Ségo loses? That she wins? Are they preparing the second poll their own way?

Come on, only one month and one day before knowing the name of our two finalists.

And the nightmare keeps on going!

My flat. Behind the poster.

This is an advertisement for the movie "300". Yeah, it seems very very bad. But that's not the point. The point is that this advertisement has been placed on my building, on the windows of my flat!
