This morning, I've been to the French consulate to be registered an a French living abroad. It will allow me to vote next year for the Presidentials from London.

I had an appointment but I was late (that is so me) and I could hear the chick of the consulate saying with irritation : "Yes, it's the morning, everybody's late, this is normal.". Yeah, I was right, I really was in the French Consulate !

Television Without Pity

Yesterday night, there was "Lost" new season on TV. With Ada we were enjoying the Shiraz and the cigarette in front of it, and we were laughing out loud like, every other minute. No need to read Television Without Pity. It's quite a good series. Too bad it is SO SLOW. And when is Kate hooking up with Jack ???

Everyday, I go to televisionwithoutpity.com. The idea is quite simple : make recpa for every episode of a famous TV series in a funny way. And sometimes, they don't need to think a lot...

As a Alias fan, I read of course the recaps of the new episodes and I'm laughing out loud every time. Anyway, this series is so lame now that you can easily make fun of it. This way, when they talk about the CIA's new premises in the series, that are all white and coming from a Mac ad campaign, they say "the Apple Store". Sydney's house is called Barbie's ass. But now that she went preggers, it's Barbie Big Ass House !

They are really strong for Lost recaps as well : "he screams 'Shut up' and I would love the characters to say that more often". I don't tlak about "Charmed" or "ER". Anyway, it's a website to discover as soon as possible.

Pandémonium

"Enough is enough" said French PM Villepin today. And I quite agree with him. We had the French "no" to the European Constitution, november riots, anti-CPE (First Job Contract) rebellion and as if it wasn't enough, we now have Clearstream. I read quite a few articles about that and I still don't know what it's all about and why it's a scandal. If someone knows, please explain to me.

Anyway, that is not the question. It's a political mess in France and now, because of the presidential elections, everybody aims at each other. And the most funny of all, is that everybody is annoyed with that, on every blog, there's a general irritation and a wish of being in April 2007, to end that "pandemonium".

Some talk about a makeover of the regime and the creation of a new Republic. Is that the real problem ?
