How do you know you're fashionable? When the sweater you bought more than a year ago is in a massive advertisement campaign!

Egotastic!

Madonna the space hooker

Yes, I know, I can't stop talking about Go Fug Yourself, Gallery of the Absurd and Television Without Pity these days. You're right, there's more to life than this. I mean, there's also Egotastic!

Egotastic is a blog written by a Canadian who is slightly sexually obsessed, but most of all, very acid about stars. In his blog, Madonna is a space hooker, Janet Jackson has the worst breasts ever, Britney Spears tries to gun down her child and Scarlett Johansson, L'Oréal's icon, always has a very bad style.

And, as you can see, there are always pictures to prove his claimings.

Lindsay Lohan wants to save the world

You don't know Lindsay Lohan??? It's this chick who can't stop partying all around the world. Oh yeah, she made a few movies. Well, if you can call that movies. I think she sings as well, I don't remember. Anyway, her life is messy enough to appear everytime in every tabloid. No, she's no second Paris Hilton. I mean, Nicole Richie already exists for that. And Lindsay's got a job.

Anywat, the entire world is talking about Lindsay Lohan. And Lindsay Lohan is talking about the world. Lately, she declared she wanted to go to Iraq with Hillary Clinton and sing for american soldiers. Why Hillary Clinton would like to have her on her plane, I don't know, and why american soldiers would like to see her on stage, I can't figure it out. Maybe she just thought it would look cool to talk about Hillary Clinton and world politics.

However, instead of talking bullshit Lily, first, you could wear bras. And good-looking outfits as well, you're currently breaking the record of appearances on Go Fug Yourself.

No, I won't post anything today. No, no, NO!

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

About 2 weeks ago, I saw the remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I was scared to see it because it's based on real events. We see a family of degenerates cutting out a bunch of people WITH A CHAINSAW. Gore scenes follow each other, especially when we understand the guy cuts people's skins to make a face with them.

At the end of the movie, I was disgusted in several respects, the fact that it is a true story, the fact that people turned it into a horror movie to make money out of it and most of all, that they added loads of gratuitous effects, which was rather irrespective with the victims. I wanted to check how true the story was.

Actually, they should have said that the story was based on a real event. Indeed, there was a serial killer in the United States who mutilated his victims to make a second skin with but he never killed so many people and in a such horrible way. I don't want to give further information because it's quite shocking and I'm quite ill-at-ease about the idea of seeing this kind of horrors on my blog. So, I let you do your own little research on the Internet!

So, nothing is true in that movie. It's a shit movie. And, furthermore, Jessica Biel is the star. And the cute guy dies in the beginning anyway.

Dammit, Janet!

Iwanted to start the week with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre but I found something more horrible:

Janet Jackson on W

Yes, it's true cover! A true bad cover. They already bitched about it on my favourite blogs, Go Fug Yourself and Gallery of the Absurd. She does look like Michael on this picture. Ada told me it's because they have the same surgeon.

Welcome @ LSBU

Two weeks ago, I enrolled at the London South Bank University (LSBU). The enrollment and the induction were boring, but there's already quite a lot of work to do! My classmates are quite nice, even if some try to show off by talking about "eco-risk". I met a French girl whose sweet name is Fanny (yes, it is a French name).

The most stunning about all that is the university itself. Students are rather considered as customers. Nearly as "money-givers" given the cost of the meals. (By the way, know that they don't show the prices of the products, you have to guess before going to the checkout!) And the service isn't that great. The organisation is quite loose: the extranet wasn't available for everybody for 10 days and forms to pay less for the Tube haven't arrived yet. Well, it's not as if the Tube cost me 100 pounds a month.

Maybe it's my French side that's making me grumpy. Well, when I have my master, I'll probably change my mind!
