My parents at the GayPride !

Family portrait at the LGBT Pride

Dégel (my gay students organization) had a float for the GayPride yesterday. My parents were in Paris that day and came to see me ! I was so happy, I jumped on my mother's arms and I showed her to everybody ! I took loads of pictures ! I showed them on the D-mel (Dégel's mailing-list), snet them to loads of friends, and stuff.

Else, it's true I haven't written for a while on this blog, but it's because between organizing the GayPride, my departure to London and creating my own blog, I'm not really available !

Emilie, alias Mimytos (yes, it's about Pokemon but most of all, it's about her portuguese origins), is a friend I met at Uni. We had quite a few laughs together there during lectures and not during lectures as well, when we were missing them, or when we were watching Pop Idol to mock the applicants.We kept in touch thanks to emailing (she still studies in Orléans, while I've been in Paris for 1 year and half, shame on you !), but when we see each other, we have so much fun !!! (When I came to spend a week in Orléans, I escaped my family house to stay at her place for 2 days, it was so cool !!!)

Anyway, today she sent me an email, I couldn't stop laughing while reading it, showing in the process to my coworkers I wasn't actually working hard all day long (anyway, they already know that).

She was telling me that, at the firm she's doing an internship in, a guy left a message on her desk. He was aking for her name and how she finds him. The only matter was that she didn't know at all who it was !

She already knew the guy had no chance (she's got a boyfriend and come on, a guy approaching with a piece of paper...), but she answered to know who it was. And then, she received an answer from the guy's mate, who wrote instead because the guy was too shy ! Even through a piece of paper, come on ! The funniest of all was that the guy's mate was writing stuff like : "I'm the one with that haircut but, sorry, I've got a girlfriend !" !!! But it wasn't finished ! She told me : "It was so good because he was asking me how I sincerely find him !!! I nearly threw up on the paper... Here is how I sincerely find you !"

She's so funny !
