Last monday, my coworker Sophie and I were as fresh as every monday morning, had a ball when we sang Sous le Soleil theme. (You can translate it into "Under the Sun". It's a very famous French soap talking about 3 stupid women living in beautiful, sunny and socialite-invaded city Saint-Tropez.) And I realized that "Sous le Soleil" sounded nearly like "Saoules au Soleil" (which means "Drunk [women] under the sun") and I screamed that in the agency. We couldn't stop laughing for 5 minutes, imagining, Jessica, Thingy and the other completely wasted on the beach...
Yes, I used Photoshop. Well done, isn't it ??? Sorry, I couldn't find any good quality picture with those three girls...
Else, another miracle : I've done it, I've done the washing up !

Tonight, without even thinking, I've been to the Trocadéro to see the only true Miss France since 1899 : the Eiffel Tower ! (Some won't get why I'm talking about it as a girl, as it is a phallic representation to them !) I've acted like a tourist by taking loads of pictures and then I got inside.
Paris is a magnificent city ! By night, from the top of the Tower, you can see all these lightened monuments...
Here, I was fine. The only thing is that you can't feel alone when you're surrounded by loads of tourists. (That's why the Montparnasse Tower is cool during the week, there's nobody !) So I wanted to share this by calling Ada and my twin sister Elodie, who must still be wondering why I called them to tell them I was on top of the biggest penis of Paris !

Yesterday night, I was in Beaubourg, rather well dressed, drinking a Cosmopolitan à la Carrie Bradshaw (but it tastes awful and it's overexpensive) in front of the Centre Pompidou... Okay, I don't have any money, I increase my own deficit, but... it's ok !
There's an old gay couple in front of me, and behing, an old gay, with a friend, and with the poshest accent ever, who can't stop moaning, saying he had never been in love, that he wanted to travel but not to London because he knows it by heart, that Pierre-Philippe (really really really posh firstname) did that, that Kubrick is a genius but that Eyes Wide Shut was a huge letdown to him, blablabla... Why did I come alone ? If I were with someone, our voices would cover his !
But sometimes, being alone is just so good. You take your time contemplating things, estimating their true values, to dive into introspection as well... Paris is a magnificent city, I've been here for one year and half, and I still haven't seen anything of it.
The Spanish Parliament accepted a law project allowing homosexual marriage and adoption for gays and lesbians. Long life Spain !!! Here, Pedro Zerolo (member of the PSOE, the Spanish Labour, and former president of the FELGT, National Federation of Lesbians, Gays and Transgenders in Spain) with Jesus Santos. Aren't they cute together, seriously ??? ;-)
Have you watched the Sidaction (big show against AIDS) on saturday night ? I have to say I did'nt have anything better to do...! I was leaving it on as "musical background" when suddenly Daniela Lumbroso (yeek!) says the show is interrupted. Flash news : John Paul II is dead, 21h37, blablabla...
I was furious. I couldn't understand how they could have interrupted the Sidaction to talk about a guy who was against condoms ! A few minutes later, Sidaction came back but, from what I understood, it was shortened. France 2 then preferred to talk about a guy who preached barebacking (if I can use strong terms) up to the middle of Africa, where HIV wreaks havoc, instead of respecting their commitment with Sidaction and inciting people to give money to fight the disease.
This weekend, Sidaction only reached 4 million euros, far away from the 7 expected, and the 20 promised at the first Sidaction. What I would have preferred to see this weekend, it's not the dying Pope, it's this picture.
